From above, the rail slices the scenery into two distinct halves: wood and water, as if they could not possibly coexist, much less come to understand one another. Likewise, it has estranged—perhaps they had always been estranged—two ordinary individuals sitting on opposite sides of the empty train car: a girl near the lake and a boy near the woods.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
